If you place an order online, you may choose to pick it up in store or have it shipped. Our pickup address is 103 W Main St. Manchester, TN 37355. All of our shipments are shipped with USPS or UPS. 

You may exchange your merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in unworn and unaltered condition and be accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. 

Exchanges are not accepted on special order, custom, or ear piercing merchandise.
